Launch campaign - University of south wales Freshers’

A great launch campaign on social media creates anticipation, builds desire, and turns followers into advocates and customers. It’s a blend of storytelling, strategy, timing, and community engagement.

The launch campaign for Freshers’ was seen as an opportunity to reinforce the students’ union’s brand message and position the university as a diverse, inclusive place for everyone. Through research and social listening, the campaign was designed to tap into the student mindset at that time of the year through a series of creative and relatable video content.

The campaign set the tone for the entire academic year and made new students feel seen, excited, and part of something bigger.
